Calling all universities, community colleges, healthcare workers, and students in Michigan!

We all know the dire challenges for those of us that work on the many campuses across our state. Whether we are in the CC system, 4-year institutions, or working in healthcare, we all receive funding from the state. Having shared problems means we need shared solutions.

Join us at Wayne State University for an assembly of students and workers at universities, community colleges, and university healthcare systems. We will begin the day with a workshop to strategically lay out the state’s funding and relationship to higher education. In the afternoon, members of Higher Ed Labor United will host a strategy session to forge a shared vision that can stretch across local and sector lines.
